Sir,
The undersigned request
the Commission for consent to set-up New Captive Power Plant/renewal for
existing CPP. In this regard, the following documents are enclosed
herewith for your kind consideration:-
1. Salient
details of the CPP installation as per format for Application Form
(Annexure-I)
2. Affidavit as per Annexure II
3. Supporting documents to establish that the Captive Power
Plant (CPP) is being set up by
us and that we are the owners of this plant.
4. 4 Nos. copies of the Feasibility Report as per guidelines of
Authority (applicable for capacity more than 25 MW)*.
5. Demand Draft No____________ Dated_________ for Rs. ________
(Rupees_______________) drawn in favour of MPERC payable
at Bhopal.
6. Acknowledgement of submission of a copy of application to
Utility.
